We are looking for an IT Recruiter with vast experience with different recruitment processes, able to explore different recruitment sources, having the talent of finding the right position for every candidate.

- Understanding recruiting demands and skill profiles within area of responsibility;
- Being responsible for large recruiting pipeline with tight deadlines;
- Finding new ways of advertising open positions to attract potential candidates;
- Screening application and selecting candidates according to specifications;
- Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities;
- Updating and using diverse recruiting databases and tools;
- University Degree - preferably Social Sciences or Economic field;
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience (in the IT field is a big advantage);
- Good understanding of recruiting processes and domain specific profiles;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Fluency in English (German is considered an advantage);
- Analytical, problem solving, planning and organizing skills;
- Open-minded and trustful.
